Kelam Arastirmalari is a scientific journal having referee board.
Kelam Arastirmalari is published twice a year.
This journal contains compilation or translated articles, researches, book and dissertations review, edition critiques, vulgarization exc.
The authors must mention their titles and employee place with their name and surname.
One author can send almost two articles except reviews.
English title for Turkish articles (Turkish title for articles in foreign languages), summary (50-100 words) and key words (2-10 words) must be given.
All copyrights belongs to Kelam Arastirmalari. Every responsibility is for authors.
Articles, translations with their original texts, are sent to the editors via e-mail.
The articles firstly examined by the editorial board; if it is suitable send to referees; if it is not suitable send back to author.
Articles and translations, with their original text, sent to two referees;
a. If two of them report that "can not publish", article send back to author.
b. If one of them report that "can publish", other "can not publish", editorial board have the right to pubblish or not the article.
c. If one or two of them report "can publish after corrections", article send to the author for this corrections and after corrections it send again to the related advisor(s).
